This Norwegian company had been a contractor on the field, and its personnel had worked there for a number of years. Many Elf personnel were transferred to Aker. This meant that they could be redeployed to other fields as staffing on Frigg declined. Maintenance, modifications and support functions were thereby largely performed by contractor personnel.
