First female operators

Anna Marie Sæ and Jorunn Oltedal became the first female operators on TP1.

— Jorun Oltedal adjusts valves in the processing plant. Together with Anna Marie Sæ, she was one of the first Norwegian female operators employed offshore.

As they said in an interview with Elf Monthly, the company opened doors for them. It was the only one which responded positively to their applications. Passing exams did not help much if they could not get a job afterwards.
